Rates and Payment Terms
All rates are quoted by the audio recording minute. Registered non-profits are eligible for a 5% discount.
Level 1
$1.00 per minute for 1-2 speakers, clear recording, limited accents, and 5-7 business day turnaround. This level provides a rough draft transcript suitable for notes or key issue summary only.
Level 2
$1.35 per minute for 1-3 speakers, clear recording, limited accents, and 3-5 business day turnaround. Transcript is of finished quality.
Level 3
$1.85 per minute for 4-5 speakers, moderate recording quality, light accents, and 3-5 business day turnaround. Transcript is of finished quality.

Rush projects, legal material, time coding, more than 5 speakers, difficult to hear audio (especially cassette tapes), and other processing are subject to additional charges.
Payment is required after the free sample, but prior to commencing the remainder of your project. We offer Paypal and Credit Card options, as well as semi-monthly billing for verified corporate clients.

All projects receive an email quote based on the project information you provide prior to commencement. If during processing we encounter material differences in project specifications, we will stop processing until you authorize an adjustment in the project quote.
