TranscriptionMax recognizes each project has specific requirements.  As a result, our services are constantly growing to accommodate the needs of our customers. 

 

Captioning Services

Captioning services are available for YouTube and Google Video files.  Like transcripts, search engines can read captioned text.  TranscriptionMax also encourages Web site ADA compliance. 
 
Rates for captioning are quoted per project, and begin at $3.00 per minute. 
 
Assistive Technology Resources
 
If you are hearing-impaired and need a transcript of any web-based audio or video segment, we can probably help.  Our technology allows us to provide either summary notes or detailed verbatim transcripts of most web-based audio and video files.  Just send us the link of the web page and we will provide you with a quote.   
 
In addition, if you are a frequent user of a Web site that posts audio or video without transcripts, please let us know and we will contact the company for you to see if they will sponsor web-based transcripts. 
Audio or Video Database Services
 
Some legal or research projects require consolidation of audio, video, and transcripts into a database that allows for full text search and retreival, organization by issues, or other organization methods. 
 
We will coordinate with you to find the best application to accomplish your task, and have successfully used Excel, Access, Visionary, and Concordance. 
 
Professional Audio and Video Recording Services
 
For clients in and around the Seattle area, we work with professional sound engineers and videographers.  Just give us the basics of your project and we'll include a recording services quote.
